The key skills that we look for from applicants is really the ability to want to learn, the need to want to go out and work. It’s more about your attitude and your interest in the company. That would be our key things that we’d be looking for It’s something that a lot of recruiters, and a lot of companies will be looking for. So, I always look at things like leadership, business acumen, technical capabilities and also relationships. So, we’re looking for a rounded article. We’re not looking just for a degree subject of particular background. We’re looking at somebody that has a good demonstration of all of those skills.
